ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed promptly upon receipt,you will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, we will also provide an update once we have processed and shipped your order.
To better serve you please note the following order processing policies:
- Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same busines day. These orders should ship the same day.
- Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.
- Orders typically leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems
- Occasionaly popular items are backordered at Herbalife's Distribution Centers. Back ordered items will be shipped to you via USPS as soon as possible. If you requested a priority shipping method with your order, only the original shipment will be sent via this method.
- At peak times, shipment times from Distribution Centers may take 1-2 days longer than usual. This is typcially, but not limited to, the first 2 and last 2 business days of each month.
Sales Tax will be added according to your state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.
